Venue Finding

Tyler Events offer a FREE venue finding service, both nationally and internationally, to help you find the perfect venue for your next event. Using our increased buying power and constantly evolving supplier network, we will be sure to source you the right venue in the right location.

How we work

Here at Tyler Events, we are proud to offer a bespoke service designed to save you time and money. The team are here to translate your ideas into experiences, providing guidance to find you a creative and compelling venue that will capture the attention of your audience.

Our experienced team will ensure that we clearly understand your requirements, objectives and message for your event. We will then use our extensive industry knowledge and in-house database to research venues that perfectly suit your needs.

You will then be presented with a comprehensive venue proposal which is filled with everything you require including a full cost breakdown, venue inclusions and maximum capacities. We negotiate extensively on your behalf to secure the best rates and maximum added value.

Once you have selected your venue, our service doesn’t stop there. We will continue to work with the venue to negotiate favourable contract terms for you, continuing to maximise savings and reduce exposure.

We would also be more than happy to offer additional services such as online registration or event management should you require further assistance from our team.

How does it work?

We carry out extensive research which is based on your brief, including rate negotiation, collating information and producing a detailed proposal which is emailed to you.

You review the venue options and advise us of any queries. We will then renegotiate rates where possible and add value; arrange site visits, or search for more venues if required.

Once you have chosen your venue, we’ll negotiate the terms of the contract and email a formal confirmation to both the venue and yourself.

The venue sends you a contract to check and sign and all final details are then dealt with directly between you and the venue. However, if you need our assistance we are only a phone call away.

The venues then pay us a small commission on the revenue amount directly, ensuring that we can continue to offer you our services free of charge.
